I gave kings hall a 7, looking back its probably an 8.5. It has a good location on campus. All the halls are about equal with respect to studying, its pretty dependent upon who else is in the suite. This year, I can tell you from first hand experience that Kings Hall is pretty quite (as opposed to some other halls..), but it all realness (yes I just made that word up) you're going to be doing most of your studing in the library or COB.

Wow, i choose Mariposa Hall and i was confirmed an all, and i already started to talk with my roommate. And all of a sudden a (few days ago) i was moved to Tuolumne Hall, so i guess you are not allowed to choose your own room yourself. Did this happen to anyone else too?

If you are a freshman, Arian, then you will more than likely be forced to live in the dorm style (Sierra or Mariposa) buildings.

Thats what happened to my class last year.
