Alright, so as I was completing my housing application and about to electronically sign it, it says that students under 18 (which I am) need to submit a signed contract available through a pdf. So do I need to print the pdf file and mail it to UC Merced, with only tomorrow left til the deadline? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Alright, so hopefully you sent in your housing application (that includes the $300 reservation fee) before the deadline and you should be fine, as the application confirmation email states that you will need to mail in only the third page of the housing contract with your parent's signature, even if it happens to be after the deadline.
