I don't quite understand this....are they saying i am not accepted because i didn't meet the UC eligiblity or that i was just simply not good enough?

My son got in (Bus Adm) with Regents.
GPA: 3.8, SAT: 2070 (800M, 650R, 620W).
SAT Math 2C: 760, Chem: 700, Chinese: 730
He will not attend UCR as UCI and Cal Poly SLO also accepted him. We are hoping for other Ucs.

I got in through Highlanders too but I didn't bother to apply...I visited and didn't really like the business program or the campus.

i got in with amazingly low stats

UC GPA: 3.68
SAT: 1360 (yeah I know, pretty sad out of 2400)
SAT II: 510 Math IIC 540 Language
