Can someone describe the bathrooms? For some reason this is what I'm most concerned about...

i have to say they are pretty small, cant really put too many things in there which is probably why they are pretty clean

okayy i toured the dorms today at discover day and i thought pentland & east lothian were good. but the bathrooms in pentland were better cus you only have to share it with your roommate i think, whereas the bathrooms in east lothian are communal~

anyone know where they are dorming yet?

yeah i visited the dorms today too. pentland hills was really pretty, but i didn't like how the girls and boys are separated. the buildings were new and clean. east lothian seemed more homely though, and i liked that everything was indoors compared to pentland. i'm going for east lothian

west lothian was similar to east lothian, but older/smaller. they share the lothian restaurant.

pentland, west lothian, east lothian. West lothian is too dungeonlike for me haha. Pentland all the way!

lol as surprising as it may be, east lothian is usually the first choice for some reason and pentland is usually the last because its more expensive and people see it as more antisocial. im putting pentland as my last choice because i want the true dorm experience, with dirty public showers and all =P hopefully see you guys at lothian next year!

I got excepted to UCR and to be honest the pentland dorms are the best, contrary to what you have heard. UCR's dorms almost made me choose it over UCM, that's how good the dorms are. Seriously...

They told me all the dorms are equal demand when I called to ask if some get filled before others.
