Can i get into UC Riverside? PLEASE Help by commenting!

So I'm a Junior turning into a Senior in the fall & im really worried about colleges in general. Riverside is actually my only hope, by looking at my grades haha. ive been slacking off highschool year & actually started trying this year, haha which is pretty pointless
but anyways i have

GPA: 3.1 <--- gonna go up alittle because junior year second semester isnt added
SAT1 : 1790
SAT2: Korean 740
Chem: 610
im going to try to break a 2000 on sat 1
and korean im FORSURE going to get 800..hopefully.
& im going to try to raise chem and math to at least 700

I have alot of volunteer hours, around 250?
im in NHS & CSF

if you guys can get back to me that would be great!
& please no negative comments! thank you!

er... you're a cali resident, right?
If you are, then just maintain eligibility for the UC system, and you're guaranteed a spot at one campus. That guarantee will probably land you at UCR or UCM.
I think you still stand an ok chance to UCR, as it stands now.
