holds

So I went to orientation, I registered for classes, and now my registration is on hold because I'm no longer eligible. I got 2 D's second semester in excess courses but I had a 3.0 gpa. one of the D's was a 69.8% . I asked my teacher if he could round it up to a C before school was over and he said yes but I guess he forgot because on my transcript it was a D. I've been trying to contact him so he could change but I had to send my transcript on the deadline. Do you think they will understand if I tell them the situation??

You definitely should have called them a long time ago.

I did email my counselor before school was out and she just said that students with D's will have to be re-reviewed.

Yes, but you should have called them. That's what saved me from getting rescinded. I called my counselor and explained the situation and she said was very understanding about it. It's much better to call than e-mail.

Yea i know couple people being rescinded because they emailed, rather than calling. Personal conversation over the phone is much more helpful than sending back and forth emails

Well I'm planning to call monday. I'm just upset my teacher didn't change my grade like he said he would. I just assumed I would be getting a C but thats my fault.
