Just moved into my Dorm room @ UV Towers

I just move into the UV tower today and it was quite the experience. I arrived about 12:30 pm, which was earlier than my arrival time, however my roommate had moved in but was not there the whole day so I didn't get the chance to him because I had to come back home because I have work the next day. However, it was very exciting. But I did forget a lot of things to bring with me so make sure u have everything if u live very far. Also, I learned that my roommate is a neat freak unless his mom unpacked for him. LOL He sure loves Arizona Tea.

Well in my room I picked up wireless internet fine with my mac laptop and had full bars all around my room. I picked up the internet from a local fast food place and my room is in the far back next to the freeway. About the rooms they are a pretty big size, however there are no lights in the room besides the bathroom light, so bring about three big lamp to have light during the night/day. About the router, it wouldn't hurt bringing it.

to add onto to skate8975 (8975, atm pin? lol)
the floors that UCR rents out from UVT are on the top of the north building where wifi is hard to get from local restaurants. the city of riverside offers free internet for all its residents (ATTFREEMETRO, goggle it for more info) however the speed is slow..
