Resnet

So my internet is REALLY slow for some reason. Does Resnet cap my download speeds or what? I didn't even download anything illegal. All legal stuff.

youre fine with rapidshare or any other similar site. the thing that will get you caught is any p2p app like limewire, utorrent, etc.

I think, if there are enough people downloading with resnet at the same time, then the average speed will go down. I've seen this happen with other people at times

btw, what speeds do you usually get?
I've seen 1-4 MB/sec

When I was downloading CS:S on my steam account I got up to 10MB/s, I've seen on occasion 1-5MB, normally its anywhere from 800kb/s to 1MB

I've been getting 3 mb / s with RS premium. On usenet however I get 400-500 kb/s. I have a feeling I'm being throttled...=(.

I don't exactly think that resnet has a parental control system set up....

Although now that you're in a dorm, you could get the real thing instead of a substitute

Resnet/housing handbook never said anything about prohibiting porn if you watch it in the privacy of your dorm room. It only said it's not allowed in public lounges, hallways, and the computer labs. So... it's alllllll gooooooooood Besides, they let you have sex in your dorms, so why not let you watch porn? lol

Go to Google and look up the word porn or sex, and then you will have your confirmation

just watch porn in the lounge, stop it and switch to a blank screen when the RA comes in, and ask her if she wants to watch the jungle book....
"omg guys, i love the jungle book, i wana see i wana see!"

press play at your own discretion.
