Theres a cheap one right across the street from UV village, I also know someone who cuts hair if your haircut is simple for $5 in pentland... lol

I saw some place at the UV near the theater. Lol I would never trust a $5 haircut.

I went to this place in the same center as the University Book Exchange. It was 10$, the lady was nice and fast. It was good enough for 10 bucks.

I'd give it an 8. 7.5-8. Basically if you are looking for a decently cheap and fast haircut, and you arent looking for perfection. Then this place is good.
