Going to be rescinded?

I have contacted UCR regarding my D in Calculus. Today, my grade plummeted to an F. I am extremely worried because the AP test is next week. School's out in a month and finals are coming up. Something you need to know, I've tried and tried, yet I fail over and over. This is certainly the heat of the moment and is undoubtedly not fun for me or anyone that's in my situation.

This is my 5th year taking math(plus summer school), and my major is Psychology. What should I do just in case I get rescinded? I'm not a Math person, although I've taken a Math summer school program like three times in my life. Should I apply for Calculus at a CC ahead of time? Just in case? will that work?

If there are people who were/are in my situation, please let me know how you resolved this issue. I am too overwhelmed and cannot study for the AP test. On a side note, I'm getting A's and B's in all my other classes. I do not have senioritis. I am just unfortunate to have an unaltruistic teacher. "If you don't get it, then you don't get it. What can I say?"

I have not received a reply from the UCR admission, so I am extremely worried. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Well the first line of reasoning would be to contact your admissions counselor or something....

they say they don't take classes outside of A-G into as much consideration regarding grades, so it might be a bit lenient there. Especially since you're a psychology major as well...

However, I would have to say that your best chance would be to get that grade up..

I got rescinded by UCSD last year for a D in Calculus, I didn't really let them know beforehand because I was less than 1% away from a C and thought I would make the cut. Best bet is to talk to them and let them know that you plan on making up the class during the summer and see what they say.
