Your UC GPA is pretty low.

I know schools prefer having a GPA going up each semester, however i dont think it matters at UCSD (or not as much) since it is a point system.

Other than that, GPA and SAT is below average and your extracurriculars arent spectacular. I would say no, but hopefully its not true (:

In your defense, my GPA was lower when I got admitted 4 years ago by quite a bit. If you have time to re-take the SAT, do it.

As far as I have heard, admissions does like seeing a raise in GPA over the years, and if you can address it in a SUPERB essay, then you may be okay. Just keep raising it...yeah. Right now I'd say its kind of a toss-up.
