and switching from premed to bioE is hard, since premed isnt ABET accredited...youd apply your jr year, with all the other kids who are trying to get into the BioE major..you might want to talk to BioE department, i dont quite remember what they said about that process
so your first quarter id take MAE9, math 20C (if youre comfortable with calc, if you get a 3 on the bc id take 20B..its easier and would give you more solid background/less hard of a courseload), Chem 6bH(if you really like chem, or 6B), and your Doc 1
You're waived out of the Chem6 series if you got a 5 on the ap chem test.
Be a man (or woman) and take Chem140A first quarter (ochem)
i'm not sure what the bioE reqs are, and I don't want to look but, I'd suggest, if you're a super strong student and willing to study:
math 20c
chem 140a
physics 2c (or whichever one you don't get waived out of from ap physics)
doc 1
but of course, that's way overextending yourself as a freshman first quarter. you could always take a GE in place of chem140a. i think phys2c is a decent choice, since you're still familiar with physics and remember everything, so it'll come more naturally to you.
yea, my bad i didnt realize it gets you out of the full year, nice ..but
you need to take MAE9 (preferably in your first year)
its a c/c++ programming class
if you dont have any previous programming exp it takes up some time
thats why id just start physics 2c your second quarter, you also have to take phys 2BL and 2CL
just look at the flowchart and your ge's and chart your years to what you think youd be comfortable with
