How will I know what classes to take my first quarter at UCSD?

An Academic Counselor will recommend courses based on the academic information YOU give us on the New Student Gateway.

You will provide this information to us beginning July 21. The DEADLINE to submit this information is July 30.

Beginning August 14, you will be able to see your Fall quarter recommended courses under the 'Advising and Enrollment' tab.

If you do not complete and submit your academic information by July 30, we will not be able to recommend any Fall quarter classes nor offer any individual academic advising prior to and during the enrollment period. An enrollment hold will also be placed on your academic record. This hold will prevent your Fall quarter enrollment.

For ERC they just asked us if we had taken any college classes, what AP's we had taken, whether we were intending on doing pre-med or pre-dental.. stuff like that.
