Off Campus Freshmen

Anyone else living off campus?

I'm getting an apartment, mostly b/c of Sixth's space constraints.

There are about 600 or so Winter Admits that have to resort to living off campus.

I'm one of them too

Winter admit here too, with no car. Hopefully the whole bus/bike thing won't be too time consuming. But other than that, off campus, imo, is better, even for freshman.

no .. not for freshmen, sadly. if there's one year i'd tell you to stay on campus, it'd be the first. UCSD really needs to change things -- and building brand-new dorms for transfer students isn't the way to go.

Yeah, I'm living off campus most likely because I missed the housing deadline.

I'm also in sixth - where are you planning on getting your apartment? Maybe we could end up with an apartment together.

i'm not a winter admit actually, i'm a fall admit and i just don't like the whole idea of living w/ 2 other people in a cramped room (this is coming from a really social person btw).

everton1878: sorry i already have a roommate she's a junior, and she's one of my good friends so it ended up working well.
