MATH 20C Profs.

The choices for Fall are Nitya Kitchloo, Jacques Allan Verstraete, Ronald Evans, and Lei Ni.

Suggestions?

that's what i've heard. unfortunately most of evans' sections are full and the ones that aren't probably will be by the time i get a chance to register.

my calculus teacher taught us most of the material covered in this class (vector calculus, double/triple integrals). if i get a less than adequate teacher would it really make that much of a difference?

If you've already learned double and triple integrals, you're good. Though if you really want Evans, you can pick the section that has the fewest people on waitlist and attend class normally. Spots usually open up by the start of the quarter and people drop within the first week or so. If that doesn't work, you can always just fall back on one of the other professors.

on the schedule of classes thats up on tritonlink, there aren't any profs listed for 10c fall quarter, only "staff." on the math website planned course offerings though, it has Kong and Bucicovschi listed as profs for this quarter. but almost every discussion section is full already so you may have trouble getting into that class at all.

Bucicovschi?

I am taking Math10C and Bucicovschi is my professor. I can't seem to find that teacher on ratemyprofessors.com though. I was just wondering if anyone on here had him/her and what their experiences were in that class.

any help? I really want an earlier class, but only kitchloo teaches it. Evans has a 4 to 5 class.

Ok I chose Kitchloo, because I think I would prefer an earlier class. Wise choice?
