Course selection

Hi everyone!
I've read through about 30 pages of this forum, and I've tried to gather up as much information as possible on the UCSD website to choose the courses I will be taking next year.
I am planning to major in literature.
This is what I am thinking, for the fall quarter:

Math 20C
I received a 5 on my Calculus BC test, and it says I am exempt from Math 20A and 20B. I'm assuming then, that I should take the Math 20C class. But what comes after this class? Even though I am exempt from the classes, I still have to take 2 more courses of math, to satisfy the 3 course GE requirement, correct?

Chem 4A
I received a 3 on my Chemistry AP test (definitely not my thing), so I have decided to get chemsitry over with my fall quarter.
After Chem 4A, would I then go on to Chem4B?

LTN 21
No questions

LDLANG- I'm assuming this is a lower division language class. I'm thinking of taking a Spanish class.

Does this look like an okay schedule?
Thanks for your time!

1. I'm pretty sure that by "3 course GE requirement" you mean 3 quarters of calculus. Read the college's GE requirements more closely. Since you've got credit for Math 20A and 20B, you can consider two quarters already completed (that's what AP classes are for!).

2. There's no such thing as Chem 4A. It's either Chem 4 or Chem 6A. If you only need to complete a single quarter of chemistry to finish your GE requirement, you're done (AP 3 = Chem 4 or Chem 11 credit). If the GE says that you need to finish Chem 6A, then you've got to take 6A.
