yup, for four years. my mom's a state worker, so her PPO plan beat out anything UCSD could give its students.

all the names of the nuumbers they want and id are totally different from names of my insurance card. SO CONFUSING!

haha yeah i know, it was really confusing. but if you call the number on the card, they help you outl or you could just guess...

i also had to call my insurance company to figure out what to put for everything...and 2 days later everything was approved!

my insurance ends when i turn 19. so would the age limit be 18 or 19?

yeah...i found it to be pretty easy! I got my waiver approved the very next day!

i too called my insurance agency, and the whole thing was approved in 24 hours.
