ALternate major choice

I chose applied math as my alternate major for ucsd
if i get a C+ in ap stats does it kill my chances on being accepted
btw i got A-/A in ap calc ab + a 5 on the ap test

I dont think your major choices are taken into consideration neither... unless of course if you've chosen any impacted majors.
