| Can I get into UCSD???

very competitive high school (because of the IB program)
ACT composite: 35

(english/writing - 31) I got an 8 on the essay ='(

am I fine for electrical engineering? or biology? I'm not so sure if I should put down bio major because its impacted and all...

putting down bio as your first choice wont affect your chances of getting into ucsd. you get admitted first and then they put you through a second screening for impacted majors. if you dont get into the impacted major they will just put you in your second choice (EE) or put you undeclared (which is really easy to change to whatever you want later, since its just a simple online form for unimpacted majors)

So i'm thinking I should list primary major as bio, just for the hell of it (I may/may not make it), and secondary major as EE. do you think that would work? Or should i make EE the primary and something else as the secondary?

Yeah, put bio, incase you want to take it. If you don't, then switch, if you do, its very difficult to switch.
