Enrollment Question - Phys 2C before 2B?

I'll have finished Phys 2A and was planning to take 2B but have a time conflict. Is it common to take 2C before 2B - is it based on 2B material?

Michael Fogler is the 2C professor if anyone's had him before.

They don't have related material. 2C is the easiest class in the series as well.

Actually there's 1 chapter that's related to 2B, but not completely necessary (people spend the off week between quarters forgetting 2B anyways).

And 2A was by far the easiest of the sequence (although I didn't take 2B, I remember it was hell studying for it in high school).
