Where can I find roommates in IV?

I accepted last week and looking into where I'm going to be living. It seems like it is a lot cheaper living in I.V. Does any know what apartments are available and where I could look. Well I'm still looking, so if anyone thats reading this post still needs a room mate or have a room available, hit me up.

My Info;
Eric Gungon
Transferring from Pasadena City College
I work at 24 hour fitness as a Trainer for about 2 years now and going to transfer to work at the 24 hour fitness in Santa Barbara.
Hobbies: Rock Climbing, Snowboarding... pretty much any sports I'll play it.

I drink but don't smoke.

By the way I'm looking for a room mate thats pretty cool and down to party.

If you need to know more about me, look me up in my space or Face book.

i am currently looking for a room/roommate. I go to Mt Sac. I have been using ucsb community listings and craigslist.

I work at home depot and plan on transferring to the goleta hd

And i as well accepted last week.

Do you have the 800-1000 to have your own room or are you cheap like me and looking to share a room dorm style, but with the extra of having a nice kitchen and private living room?

I drink and have smoked - hopefully i will still away from this and i have for a while. 420 friendly - seems like the majority of listings include this when looking for prospective roommates. Into all sports, I would join an intramural team.

Major - biz econ/emphasis acct

I'm pretty much cheap like you, I can only afford around $600 at the most $800.
It would be great to have my own room for around that price, but I don't mind sharing a room what so ever.

Definitely interested in being room mates. Do you have a my space page? Its a great background check just to make sure we're kinda off alike and can live together. Mines is http://www.myspace.com/ericgungon

By the way, 420 friendly? Do you smoke weed or you just don't mind people smoking weed? Just wondering. Anyways I don't smoke weed.

I have and probably will, but if you look at how many times i did it in the past year, it would probably be once every month and a half.

Right now i am talking to this guy clidavid697@************ who has a single room and two individual sized rooms for rent at around 600 a month for the individual and 1250 for the large single room that can be split. If interested in that let me know, the lease is for one year starting Jun 29. I am starting in summer however and he has said that i could stay at his current place for the time being

Myspace really tells nothing about me. Just ask questions.

oh and i will probably be taking a look at his place this weekend, so if interested let me know and i can get more info/pictures of the room for you. The place is supposed to be right beside the health office. You should be able to look up the ad for this place on the ucsb housing website

How old are you anyways and what kind of culture are you coming from?

Can you add me in My Space its just a lot easier for me to communicate that way and also it helps me get to know more about you even just a little bit.

What day are you going Sat or Sun? I just need to get a lot of info asap since they just sent me the housing contract and its due may 10. I'm not sure which is the better deal. I really want to get an apt that is not ran by the school. Because they have gaps in between quarters and that gets in the way of work.

I already went and he had a lot of people checking out the room because of the 2 rooms available that are not shared, but single. So that is a bummer. He has already picked the roommates with his friend and i have been chosen and another person, whom i have not met. I really would have choosen ucsb apartments, but as you mentioned they have the gap between summers and quarters making working more difficult. The better deal really is the ucsb apartments though, there is just no gurantee however that you will get those again for school year and that is what worries me.
