i got my official award letter on finaid.ucsb.edu and i knew how much i have to pay for fssp on the barc account.

now i have a question of my own: do we need to report scholarships? and if we do, do they take it out of the loans or from grant money?

i'm starting summer session A in like 10 days and have received or heard anything, don't you have to pay before the 15th before they drop you from your class?

i remember from a thread a long time ago that you NEED to tell them if youve received any scholarships. they will not reduce your grants but will reduce your loans.

same thing with me and financial aid. it says that my cal grants are pending because of this paper work i had to send which i sent over a month ago and my status still hasnt changed. ive called cal grants and emailed them and i get the same BS robot replies. i was thinking about calling fin aid at UCSB but it seems to be the same. which sucks because i dont know if my 7K grant is in tact or not

Just got my award letter today. But I need to call the Cal Grant office, they seem to not like me.
