Nobody here's going to be able to tell you if you're going to get in or not, unfortunately. If it's too late to do anything, all you can do is try. If you have time to boost your GPA before applying, it's really the one thing anyone could suggest. Frankly, your GPA and SATs are probably going to be much more important than your extracurriculars. You have some great stuff there, and unless it was before high school, I'd suggest putting the story publication and writing contest stuff near the top, b/c that might help if you're declaring English. Otherwise, it's mainly a numbers game. With all the applications they get, it's probable they won't even read yours, just plug in the numbers and admit based one whether you fall above the line or below, only looking at all your other stuff if you're on the borderline. They just have too many to get through to look at all of it. You never know how it might turn out, because as admission letter time will show you, some people don't get into places they should have and some get into places they shouldn't have.

I'm assuming you don't have time to work on your GPA, but if you do, check out my reply to the thread "sophomore with a 2.8" or something close to that title. I suggested taking comm college classes to boost your GPA while in HS, how that works on different levels and what it means. If you have time, it's the best advice I can give to someone who still has time for it.
