I just changed my major to Pre-Biology. I want a BS but on my Gold account, under the graduation tab, under Objective is says 'BA'. Why? Does that not matter? Do I declare what degree I want once I'm in the bio major and out of pre-bio?
Well, bio has BA and BS degrees depending on what you decide to major in (there are something like 9 emphases in bio). You won't have to make that decision until you declare so don't worry about it now, but if you do plan on making the switch, it'll just mean more major classes than others, also some differences in GEs, but you can ask about that at orientation.
