Housing Questions!

I've been set on living in FT for awhile, but I just recently found out that people who party a lot go to live there D:
I really like the suite style of living, and I like having a peaceful place to come home to. Anyways, I have a few questions about housing that I need clarified please!

I have a few quesitions...
1.) Is it more expensive to live in certain places? I.E. tropicana vs. anacapa vs. FT?
2.) Are we still allowed to use the facilities (gym & pool) at FT even if we don't live there?
3.) If we live in FT do we still have to buy parking permits?

I'll try my best to answer your questions.
1) It's the same cost for every resident hall, which i feel kinda sucks because some residence halls are nicer than others.

2) you "can" use them and noone would even care, but you might not have direct access to them. The pool at carillo ( between San raf and manzanita ) is open for all students to use also.

3) Yes, you have to buy FT parking permits if you have a car

"some residence halls are nicer than others" - what halls are nicer? What do you think about manzanita? Does it worth to be spending an additional time to go to classes from manzanita? Is there a quiter&nicer environment? I never been on campus...

1) All on-campus dorms cost the same. Private dorms such as Tropicana Gardens and Fountainbleu as well as off-campus apartments have their own rates.

2) I never tried but I'm pretty sure you can get in by swiping your card.

3) Yep.
