Seeking Two Additional Rommates - 4br House in Goleta

We are looking for two additional roommates to fill a four bedroom house in Goleta ASAP.

We are looking for guys or girls, and looking for chill, fun, and respectful roommates.

About Us: We are both 22 year old male UCSB students. I’m a junior and my roommate is a
senior We both enjoy to party and are pretty laid back, but also know how to be respectful and know when it’s time to chill out.

About the house: Nice large corner house - 4 bedrooms, 2 baths in Goleta, located near Costco and UCSB at 398 Cannon Green Drive. About 1.5 mile straight shot to Isla Vista.

Available July 1 for one year lease. Rent is $700/month for a room, and security/cleaning deposit is $875 per person. Living room and dining room have vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, and the house will have new carpet and paint.

There is a 2-car garage with laundry hookups. Backyard is fenced, so if you have a dog we will consider it.

The house is located in a homeowner's association, which features a pool, rec room and basketball courts.

It is also located within a one-mile walk to the beach.
