Chance this Transfer.. Greatly appreciated!

Junior transfer from Loyola Marymount University
3.6 cumulative GPA
dean's list
great essays + recs (1 from a professor and one from the CEO of a marketing firm I have been interning at)
extracurriculars are good (President of 3 dorms)

I am a Washington State resident

Also does UCSB have a Business school?

would it be more or less challenging to apply to business economics or political science or does it not matter since they are both in the same school?

You have pretty solid chances. Biz econ is actually more difficult to get into than poli sci, since it's more selective.
