questions

Hello! I live in Anaheim, about five hours south of Santa Cruz. I was wondering if I should bring my car if I go to UCSC?

Also, I'm leaning most toward Porter college. I'm don't really party or anything (I'm a sleeper), but I like quirky people. Does Porter sound like the right college for me?

I'd suggest not bringing your car, because there is hardly any parking on campus, and thus most people who do bring their cars have to keep it in an off-campus parking lot.

Porter definitely has its share of quirky people. However, you must be aware that people do indeed party there, but it isn't to the extreme.

i wouldn't bring your car unless you can afford to park it off campus.

but anyways porter sounds like a good fit for you, if you don't mind partying going on around you / people partying, you will surely meet quirky, cool people there.
