questions regarding the ap report

hey everyone, I have some questions regarding the ap grade report and I would appreciate all the help I can get (tripping balls atm)

1. if there is a discrepancy shown between the official ap report and the self reported scores in your application can your admissions be revoked?

or more specifically...

2. are you required to take the ap tests that you said you would on the application?

3. if for instance, you failed to report a certain ap score on the application and accidentally omit it, but it is shown in the official ap report sent to ucsc, can your admission be revoked?

i am basically worried about a visage of dishonesty. remember, this is sans cancellation/withholding since i missed the jun15 deadline.

thanks,
mike
