Honors Policy?

I go to a high school in Nevada and have no AP classes this year except for Music Theory. I was planning on taking Government AP and Composition and Literature AP, but a conflict with my required classes (I go to a magnet school) wouldn't allow it. The UCSC website says "Courses approved for UC-honors include Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, UC-transferable college courses, and UC-approved honors courses (California high schools only)."

Will my British Literature Honors, Government Honors, Probability/Statistics Honors, and Environmental Studies Honors classes get me honors credit even though I'm in Nevada?
