Signed up onto the waiting list for Towers... any chance of placement?

Unfortunately I just applied today, and I signed up for the waiting list for the towers. If I get into the Burnett Honors College... will I be able to get into Tower III?

Truly depends on how many students from Honors have requested the housing.

Maybe not ... the day we were there for a friday afternoon accepted honors session, several of the kids we talked to didn't even live on campus. Lived at home.

I know at least a handful of honors kids that aren't living in the towers in the fall. I'm one of them.

We all figured if the honors kids were socially awkward, at least we'd have a semi-normal college experience living with the normal kids.

I'd rather be among honors kids. I am socially awkward.

Eh. You'll grow out of it. It's college, you're supposed to.

(No offense to the honors mothers here, of course... it's just that the Open House Burnett presentation made this decision very clear for a handful of kids.)
