Chances for EA?

Does anyone know the chances for EA, percentage-wise? According to collegeboard, normal decision seems to be at around 28%. Thanks in advance.

I heard in several admissions presentations that there is little to no advantage to applying EA to Chicago. There are perks that come with an EA acceptance, though. You get the relief of a decision around Christmas and you get first pick on housing! But, I wouldn't depend on a less competitive applicant pool for admission. If you feel prepared to apply in November, go for it. If not, RD is just fine.

I've been talking to an officer at UChicago. He said RD chances are 28 percent , however if you apply early your chances go up to around 38 percent.
