MMSS sounds like a great program. I have to emphasize, however, that a liberal arts education really is priceless. (So cliche, but so true.) I've met plenty of finance/accounting majors from other schools and I have to say that I don't understand how something like that can be a major in and of itself.

As for job placement: I wouldn't really worry about that. Your chances of getting a job are probably just as good at UChicago as at NU.

^I second what you said about liberal arts education vs finance/accounting. But MMSS is not a degree granting program; anyone doing MMSS has to have a major in liberal arts.

You have 2 great options - pick the one *you* like the best - you will be spending 4 years there.
