| Are you Scav Material?
So the Scav Judges are looking for somebody from each team who fulfills each of the following criteria for a pre-Scav challenge: Quote:
Said team member must know or have the ability to perform the
following:
1. Pitch a tent
2. Recite the alphabet backwards
3. Swim at least 200m without stopping
4. Absolutely without inhibition or fear
5. Have on their person at the beginning of the Hunt enough
money for food and necessary clothing/medicines/accessories
for three full days
6. A passable knowledge of the Board of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives regulatory practices
7. A current knowledge of the prevailing weather patterns of
the continental US during the springtime
8. Have seen the following movies: Monty Python's Holy
Grail, My Left Foot, Homeward Bound, Rain Man, 10,000 BC,
Dirty Harry, and Thelma and Louise
9. A familiarity with the public transit systems of at least
three major US cities, Chicago not included.
10. Must look kindly on the musical works of Peter, Paul and Mary
| The other limitations include being 21 years old and current UChicago student, so no, you cannot actually participate :-)

| Scav is not for the faint of heart! My son was on his house's road team last year ... where one of the items was performing one of BTO's songs in a biker bar in Sturgis, ND. I'm still waiting for *my* copy of the video .... | |
