Do AP test scores need to be sent now?

I self-reported my scores on the Common App., but do I still need to have the CollegeBoard send them?

I'm not sure it's "official" until they're sent via College Board.

Well, all I'm worried about is whether not having the scores sent now via College Board will hurt my application (I'm an EA applicant).

oh hot damn, a plato's allegory of the cave reference.

I didn't send them in either, but I was wondering the same question; I think I'll write them an email.

Ew... Plato.

But no, I don't think you're supposed to send AP scores. You send AP scores if/when you're accepted and then decide to actually attend. What good does it do to pay that $12012039805983405923048 to send AP scores now, if you *might* not be admitted?

Wow talk about a competitive applicant pool...Kant AND Plato are both in it! The rest of us should just give up now.
