So UC is where I'm going, and February 1st is coming up, so I planned a visit today, as I was going to ask some questions there, but due to the weather, I am stuck at home =(.

Does anyone know, when you fill out the housing application, if they have some kind of personality match thing? Most of my friends have had to fill out similar questionnaires, so that their randomly paired roommate, is someone of comparable likes and dislikes?

Also, as a bonus question: My sister attended Ohio University, and her freshmen year she was stuck in a quad. They were horrible there, she had to transfer to a double halfway through the year, just so tiny, barely enough room for two people, let alone four! That is my only fear about living in Daniels (I'm doing DAAP), so can anyone comment on UC's quads?

Oooo...i'm doing Daap too! Took forever to find out though...

Anyway, on my housing app, it just asked if you are a smoker, go to bed before/after midnight, and if you are a ROTC. nothing about personalities or tastes.

I'm opt-ing for a single room. I applied for housing on feb 1st.

I'm DAAP to! I applied for housing almost immediately. You can apply 48 hours after confirming admission. I took the opposite route of szemartie, I went with a 6-person room (all randomly chosen roomates)!
