Biomedical or computer engineering

Hear that UCinn offers great coop/internship programs.

Are there undergraduate degrees offered in either biomedical, computer engineering, or just computer science in general?

montegut, you will not get to far in life if you don't at least try to do some research yourself.

I simply checked on majors at the UC site and found that they do offer undergraduate majors in biomedical engineering ( see University of Cincinnati - Undergraduate Programs }

They also offer a major in computer engineering ( see University of Cincinnati - Undergraduate Programs }

and in computer science and even in computer networking information systems.. See University of Cincinnati - Undergraduate Programs }

Taxguy, first, I have to laugh. Research is my passion. I will spend hours looking up a word and researching a bird identification.

But, I'm not offended. I know y'all are getting so frustrated by all my questions.

Many schools say they offer a major, but those with firsthand experience will tell you how true those proclamations are.

My son gets many calls from schools that claim they have BME, only to find out it's really not an engineering degree and definitely not accredited.

So, asking the question from the "horse's mouth" as they say.

I do appreciate the links, though, and thank you for the advice.

UC offers all three of the mentioned undergraduate degrees, and they are each in the college of engineering. You can find the current curriculum here: Curriculum Lists - University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, College of Engineering, Engineering.

UC is a well-respected school of engineering, with a 98% placement rate after graduation. Mandatory co-op is among the top program in the nation, and students earn enough to just about pay for tuition.

And just the other day I spoke with a friend who works for Ethicon Endosurgery in Cinti. (Johnson & Johnson company) and she said they get UC biomedical students as co-ops there.
