Discrimination at Boulder?

There was an article on CU boulder website reporting heavy racism at CU Boulder. Have anyone here ever experienced discrimination in Boulder? (Don't get me wrong. I know that discrimination happens everywhere, but is discrimination expressed more often at CU Boulder than at other colleges?)

Because the student body at Boulder is not so diverse (>80% white), I believe that discrimination occurs more often here.
Any comments on this issue?

here is the website:

What the article reports is ONE assault against an Asian man. No evidence that students or anyone related to CU were involved. And the article is actually a denunciation of this assault, and unrelated ones on students and women, by the then-Chancellor of the University. So there is no basis for any assertion that "discrimination expressed more often at CU Boulder than at other colleges".
