Chances for a Junior

I am from a public high school in Florida and would like to major in International Relations/Political Science. I am planning on retaking the SAT and the ACT. Thanks for Chancing me!

Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.85
Class Rank: 8 out of 718
SAT: 1850 - CR660/M580/W610 (first time; will retake)
ACT: 28 (first time; will retake)

ECs

Cross Country: 10, 11, 12* (Varsity 11, 12*captain?)
Track: 10, 11, 12* (Varsity 10, 11, 12*captain?)
Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA): 9, 10, 11, 12*
German Club: 9, 10, 11 (Vice President, 11)
Geometry Competition Team: 10
Math Club: 9, 10, 12*-probably Mu Alpha Theta

CU admissions is primarily number driven. There is little doubt you will be accepted. Top 25% of OOS applicants are offered (modest) merit aid ($15K over 5 years); you will likely get this as well.
