chances of getting in

GPA:3.16
ACT:22
Class Rank:40%
EC: 3 years of track(JV AND VARSITY), 3 YEARS of Latin Club, 2 Year of DECA, 2 years of Golf

Im active in my community, helping out with other school organinzations etc.

Your gpa and ACT scores are below the average for admitted students. But CU likes kids with an interesting "story", so if you have that, it would be helpful. Good luck with the application process.

a bit touch n go

Normally I would say you're a little below what CU would accept. Possibly
OK for Arts & Sciences. However, CU has gotten so friggin expensive for
out of state students (overpriced in my opinion) that you could get in.
Out of state applications were down 19% this year, and it isn't going to
get any better in this economy. So you could be OK. Out of state tuition
they need desperately. It keeps the school afloat.
