Is it possible for me to get in?

GPA - 3.0
ACT - 24
Index Score - 102

Have primarily taken AP classes.
Also, I'm from Colorado.

I know I'm a little low to get in, but is it still likely for me?
If not, do you think I atleast am likely to get accepted into CU denver?

Your gpa and test scores are below the admitted students' averages on both at CU-Boulder. So right now your changes aren't "likely" but probably rather less than 50%. Sorry. You can take a look at CU's Guaranteed Admission for Colorado Resident Freshmen (link below), but unfortunately your stats don't currently qualify you. There may be a similar admission program at CU-Denver, but I'm unaware of it. Good luck!! You're probably a better instate candidate at this moment for either CU-Denver or CSU.
