What are my chances of getting in?

I'm looking into getting a WUE scholarship to the University of Colorado at Boulder, and am a resident of Hawaii in my last year of high school.
-My GPA (with AP classes) is 4.06
-SAT score is 1850
-One year of swim team and waterpolo
-Editor of high school newspaper (2 years)
-Secretary of Sierra Student Club
-Member of High School Choir
-One Community college credit, in Speech 101.
Also, does anyone know the WUE policies for this school? It says that the tuition will be 150% of residential tuition at most, which would make UC Boulder about $24,025 at most.
Thank you for your help!

I think your chances of getting in are very good. Your test scores and gpa are above the admitted freshman averages.

I am not familiar with the WUE, so I can't help you with that aspect. Good luck!

I don't think Boulder participates in the WUE program. Here is a list of institutions from their site WICHE - Student Exchange Programs
