Does anyone know when UCONN sends out a decision?
I already applied, but I didn't apply early action because they didn't have that option on the common app.

UConn nixes early admission, gives one deadline for all applicants - News - The Daily Campus - University of Connecticut

TL;DR - Deadline is January 15th. No rolling admissions. Everyone hears back on March 1st.

For Special Combined Programs, deadline is Dec 1, with additional materials by January 1. But you will not hear from those admins until late January or February and even then only if you are selected for an interview.
