On a side note, take nagel for geology, and tuchman for sociology. Political science professors are all in between, but Portuguez (forgive spelling) is easy.
I can't say much for any math or science classes, I'm sure most of the classes for non-majors would be easy enough. Not sure if it fulfills any gen eds, but STAT 110 (1110 now?) is a piece of cake.
Microecon (ECON 112, not sure what the new number is, probably 1112 or something) with Heffley was pretty easy but boring. French Cinema is also easy, depending on the teacher (avoid Dalmoline!)
It's just that when you take French Cinema you expect to sleepwalk through it, except she takes the class way too seriously... some of her quizzes were actually pretty tough. And attendance is part of your grade.
