where do i find the secondary school report form for uconn?? is common app's okay??

I'm not sure what you mean. The secondary school report is your high school transcript.

ya but some require the form also, but i guess that is just the common app ones, also under uconn requirements it says to send your transcripts with a cover sheet; where do i get that, somewhere i read that it is your conformation email. but i never got an actual email just a page with my conformation number and stuff on ctmentor

Anguh - - - I was wondering the same thing. Since UConn is not on the Common Application, the form therein can't be used. From what I understand, UConn only is interested in getting the transcript and not interested in reading a recommendation from a guidance counselor which is usually filled out on the form. If you give an envelope to the guidance counselor to mail the transcript, you might want to make your own informal cover letter and state your name, social sec. # and date of birth so the school will be able to readily put it into your file.

Ah yes. Your counselor should write a cover-letter, but one written by yourself will be sufficient. If you want to print out the common application form and use it, that should be fine as well.
