Chance an instate-er

Ranked in the top 15% of my class. GPA: 4.05 on a ~4.80 scale, mostly honors classes, scattered AP's (Physics, Calculus, Spanish, Statistics) and few basic level classes. SAT score of 1990 and 1340 composite (800M, 540CR, 650W retaking regardless next week, hopefully to bump CR). I plan to apply for a business or engineering based field, so I'm hoping my 800 on math on the SAT will help, as well as 800 on math 2 and 730 physics. I have a decent amount of extracurriculars including a varsity sport for 2 years and an officer position in a club. I plan on applying early action. And if you consider me "in", do I have a shot at the honors program? Thanks in advance.

You have a good chance of being accepted to the school, but you are on the low end for chances of being accepted into the Honors program, but you still have a shot.
