Is UConn right for me (Chances)?

I am kind of worried about getting into UConn, so I was wondering if I could be chanced.

Location: Connecticut (Instate)
Race: White and Asian

School Stats:

GPA: 3.4/4.0
SAT: 1550/2400
Class Rank: Top 10% - 21 out of 210
AP Classes: AP English & AP Calculus
Honors/College Prep: All Honor classes, besides the few where College Prep is the highest.
Honor Roll: Every year.
Recommendations: 1 from my business teacher, 1 from my calculus teacher, and 1 from my HR.
Accolades: In the 7th grade I went to the National Spelling Bee and tied for 98th.

I intend on pursuing something in the Business field.

Extra Curricular Stats:

Ping Pong Club Member.
Astronomy Club Member.
Debate Club Member.
Altar Server at my church for over 5 years.
Catechism teacher/helper at my church.
Coach for farm league baseball.

I don't have a lot of ECs because of my obligations at home and work. I have to attend to my sister, due to my parents work is very flexible. I work evening and weekends, so a lot of my free time is small.

Work Experience:

Since 2005, worked in Inventory Management and e-Commerce for a warehouse/company.
Since 2009, worked at Target.
I babysit on occasion.

I am going to jump onto Early Action, but I tend on taking the SATs again in December (late, I know). My initial test was taken in the early Junior year. With math and reading combined, I am at a 1020. I know its low, slightly under the middle average, but will that hurt me? I wanted to take it again earlier, but personal issues came into play. So I'm hoping to take the SATs again to boost it a little bit.

Your SAT score is pretty low. What are the math/verbal scores broken down?

About a 1020, I believe. Its so low, I feel like that's the worst part of my application. The admissions person said they average around 1100-1350.

I hope to bring that back up in December and I plan on possibly scheduling an interview. Other than that, how would I be?

I've actually opted in possibly taking the SATs again in November, since the late deadline is on the 15th.

If I choose to send these in the dark, do you think they'll get there in time for the Early Action Deadline?

And is a 1020 really bad to even consider sending?

A 1020 for your Math/Verbal is very low. You need to retake them. I strongly recommend not sending in your application until you have new scores. Sending it in for EA will not outweigh your score. Study for the SAT: buy books or attend a class. Anything to raise that score. Aim for a 550 in each.

So around an 1100 to 1200 would be better. Would that make it a possible or would I still be clawing for a spot?

Luckily, I have the 550 in math. I have done a lot of reading, a lot from the CollegeBoard book and a book by Gruber. I think I am ready for the November SATs. Especially due to the teacher I had my junior and currently as a senior, I feel my reading score could definitely be better. I took the PSATs once, only during my sophomore year. I was very unfocused and overwhelmed.

ThePhilosopher, would you happen to know if jump on the SATs in November, will it make it for the Early Action deadline?

UConn's EA is Dec 1st so you can have the SAT send your scores when you sign up, they should be sent by Dec 1st.
My D sent them an email about it, if she gets a reply I'll post their deadline. I only found 2/1 online.

Yes, EA deadline is December 1st. If you take the November test, it will, according to Collegeboard, get to the school by the end of November. You should be able to still send in an EA application.
