Chances for UConn, UNH, UMO

My GPA Unweighted is: 88.444
Which i guess translates to 3.5 unweighted
Weighted is: 90.844
Ranked 93 out of 304
SAT:
Critical Reading: 510
Math: 450
Writing: 520
I took mostly honors classes only 2 non honors. I took AP classes: history, and taking computer science, and Psychology
Planning to retake the SAT's but im not that good of a test taker so Im not sure how I am going to do.
What do you think?
Also if you guys can recommend other colleges in New England that you think I should be looking at please say.
Thanks for the help.

I can only comment for UConn chances:

Your SAT scores are extremely low. I would strongly suggest studying and preparing for them before you retake them. Your class rank isn't as high either. For admittance, you really need to do well on your SATs. Perhaps you should also take a look at the ACT.

Are you in-state or out of state? Are you an URM?

That will actually help you, somewhat. But you still need to raise your SAT scores.
