hospitality major

Does anyone have any information about the Hotel management major in the business school. Size of program, quality of internship, ability of graduates to find jobs? Also safety of surrounding area.
Thanks

I just spoke to a professor in their student-run restaurant when we were there last week. They claim to be in the top 10 ranking of programs. I was talking mostly about restaurants but it's the same major and I got the impression that they seem to place a lot of people at Marriotts. I have no idea about the size of the program but I am sure you can find that if you look on the UD site.

As for the safety, that is a school thing, not major. Newark is a city and it has crime but I think it is fairly safe.
