I'm a Hispanic male and the first in my family to seek further education. I go to a private school in south FL but my ultimate goal is to go to college at UF. My only worry is my low ACT/SAT score. If I apply with my mediocre score in August, am I allowed to submit a better test score after the ACT test this September?

So...as you can see, I'm only worried about my test scores...should i apply anyway with a 25 ACT and hope for the best? Or am I allowed to submit my application but then resend a better score later on in September? I would like to apply to UF ASAP. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your help

Just apply as soon as possible and then if you get a better score after you apply, send that and they will disregard your original score.

I got in with stats similar to that. I would try to bring up the test scores just to be safe though because, most likely, I barely got in.
